Corporate culture is the soul of Tongwei, the symbol of crucial resources and soft power for Tongwei’s existence and development. June, 5, the panel of Corporate Culture Construction (CCC) Project invited Professor Liu Guangming from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to give a lecture on corporate culture management to Tongwei’s management.

Themed with ‘pursuing the truth and root of corporate culture’, Prof. Liu shared the importance of corporate culture with cases. The attendees held discussions on the correlation between corporate culture and corporate core competitiveness, and brought forward constructive suggestions, as well as ways and means in corporate culture building.
