May, 21, the 6^th session of the 11^th CPPCC Sichuan standing committee was held in Chengdu. Chairman Liu Hanyuan was invited to attend the opening ceremony.

The main purpose of the session was to study and implement in depth the spirit of the 18^th Party Congress and the 3^rd plenary session of the 18^th central committee of the CPC.

The session passed the Main Work of the Leading Group for Deepening Reform by the CPC Sichuan Committee, as well as 9 special reform programs, and stressed to mobilize all positive factors to break the shackles of obsolete ideas and gain complete victory for the Reform.
