The meeting focusing on the cooperation between well-known enterprises and San Tai county was held on July 10, 2015 at San Tai county. Many leaders attended this meeting, including Vice chairman of CPPCC, chairman of the Provincial Federation of industry and commerce, Chen Fang; Deputy Minister of Provincial Party Secretary, Executive Vice president, Zhong Jialin; Deputy Mayor of Mian Yang, Xie Xiaodong; Vice chairman of CPCC of Mian Yang, the Minister of Municipal United Front, Miao Ping etc. More than 200 entrepreneurs and more than 300 government officials have attended.

Vice president Huang signed a agreement with the county magistrate of San Tai to support the poor by taking targeted measures. Tongwei will help promote the aquaculture project in Wang Jiayan village of San Tai county by offering quality fry and Tongwei fish feed ,which value about 200,000 yuan.
