Recently, the foundation stone laying ceremony of fishery and PV Integration green ecological base --- Tonghui Ocean Technology 3GW fishery and PV integration project(first phase), jointly built by Tongwei Co., Ltd. and Huitai Group, was solemnly held in North Sea Economic Development Zone, Binzhou, Shandong Province. Mr. Cui Honggang, mayor and deputy secretary of Binzhou municipal committee, Mr. Qin Chuanbin, deputy secretary of Binzhou municipal committee, Mr. Zhang Kai, standing committee member of Binzhou municipal committee and executive deputy mayor, Mr. Qin Zhaohui, secretary-general of Binzhou municipal government, Mr. Li Yong, secretary of North Sea Economic Development Zone Party work committee and director of administrative committee, Mr. Deng Weiping, general manager of Shenzhen Tongwei New Energy Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Rongqiang, chairman of Huitai Group, Mr. Zhang Xiaofei, chairman of Huitai Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony.
