On March 23th, Mr. Zhang Yifang, senior economist of Sichuan Engineering Consulting and Research Institute, Mr. Ren Zhong and Mr. Li Zhaoyuan, senior engineers of Sichuan Energy-saving Technical Service Center, Mr. Jiang Ximeng, senior engineer of research institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen and other three specialists, accompanied by Mr. Qi Xiangdong, vice director of Leshan development and reform commission and local leaders, have checked and accepted the energy-saving and technology improvement project of 150 thousand tons per year ionic membrane caustic soda.
