During last year’s NPC and CPPCC, Chairman Liu’s proposal on improving entrepreneurship has directly contributed to the publishing of the central committee of CPC’s official document on improving entrepreneurship in September 2017. This year, Chairman Liu has proposed to the NPC with three high quality proposals on topics of the environment problems and PV industry’s development.
