The Science and Technology Award Conference of Sichuan Province was held in Chengdu on March 25. At the conference, winner list of 2021 Science and Technology Award of Sichuan Province was unveiled, including 261 projects such as "principles and methods of same frequency smart shared use of spectrum resources" and "ground-based remote radio-frequency signal high-precision synchronous transmission technology and its application in national key projects". Especially, the "high purity crystalline silicon green and energy-saving preparative technology system innovation and industrial application" project, mainly undertaken by Yongxiang Co., Ltd., Yongxiang New Energy, Yongxiang Polycrystalline Silicon and Inner Mongolia Tongwei High Purity Crystalline Silicon, was awarded the "Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Advancement Award of Sichuan Province".

"High purity crystalline silicon green and energy-saving preparative technology system innovation and industrial application", namely "the 5th generation Yongxiang technique" high purity crystalline silicon preparative technology, represents technological research conducted by Yongxiang during industrial development process with a focus on a series of issues such as energy conservation & consumption reduction, cost reduction & efficiency improvement and ultralow emission on the basis of technological innovation outcomes over the decade, which has been widely applied in projects of Yongxiang New Energy and Inner Mongolia Tongwei. Currently, we take the lead  across China in terms of energy consumption of various technologies with a significant decrease in energy consumption during reduction, distillation and hydrogenation key processes, up to 50% and more; steam consumption is significantly lower than mainstream level of competitors; energy consumption per product is lower than standard threshold of the industry; product quality fully complies with market N type monocrystalline silicon requirements of the market, and reaches electronic level II and above grades in certain indicators.
