In order to fully implement the essence of “Speed, Efficiency and Development” brought up by Chairman Liu Hanyuan, the Learning Center of Tongwei Group HR Department held “Staff Career Crisis and Enterprise Crisis Management” themed training on November, 19. The instructor Dr. Guo Mingquan from China Communication University systematically imparted to the trainees knowledge, methods as well as skills on crisis management. In addition, Dr. Guo gave in-depth analysis with cases and data on how to establish sense of crisis prevention, how to face, control, and resolve crisis, how to seize opportunities and promote the enterprise’s development. In the end, the training was well received and highly credited by the trainees. They all expressed their wish to put the knowledge learned into practice for the establishment of a high efficient team of unique Tongwei twist.
