INSIGHTS AND IDEAS

Standardization is an important basic work of enterprise management. Standardization construction must fundamentally promote and improve the operation quality of enterprises and have a positive impact on current and future operation and management. It is closely related to efficiency, details, and speed, and is an inevitable requirement for continuously reducing management costs and improving efficiency. Therefore, everyone should select the right foothold, gather momentum and focus, and take cultural leadership and standardization promotion as an opportunity to achieve a comprehensive improvement in management efficiency at every link in the company's value chain.

Whether in the military or in enterprises, resolutely implementing and obeying the culture is the way to achieve the highest organizational efficiency. Any doubts, confusions, and entanglements will make the enterprise full of noises and greatly reduce the organizational efficiency. If everyone is allowed to make excuses and find reasons, and if a little objective factor can be found to modify and change rules and measures, then the company will become unrecognizable in no more than three years or even three months. Therefore, everyone should firmly ensure that implementation is not distorted on the basis of existing principles and measures.

A team must work with dedication. If many things are not thought about thoroughly and deeply, one will only have a superficial understanding. After thinking deeply and thoroughly, one should work with wisdom. Otherwise, it will be a waste of effort. Having dedication and wisdom, and also seizing every moment can one truly do a good job. Because in the market, we may not be the smartest. If the smartest people get up earlier and go to bed later than us, then there is no doubt that we will lose opportunities and even become one of the last. Therefore, every employee and team must have this sense of urgency and crisis.

In the assessment process, for important contributions or mediocre performances, there should be a significant gap. The most crucial thing is how to evaluate everyone's value and role. When trying to evaluate afterwards, sometimes it is difficult to say who has done more and who has done less. Perhaps everyone just sits in a row and shares the fruits equally, almost like egalitarianism and the big pot system. Gradually, a group of sheep will be formed because everyone wants to do just about enough. Everyone is good. If such an atmosphere is formed, the company will lack stamina and vitality.

Execution is a necessary condition for the success of an enterprise. When the strategic direction of an enterprise is determined, execution becomes particularly crucial. Strategy and execution are like the relationship between theory and practice. An enterprise with a long-lasting foundation must be one where strategy and execution grow together. The execution power of an enterprise is a comprehensive and systematic ability and an organizational behavior. Raising execution again is a re-evaluation of managers. Controlling strategic boundaries and improving management levels are bonus items for execution and also the key to why we still emphasize execution today. When the execution culture is fully understood and implemented by everyone, the team will release huge potential and enable the company to always remain calm and composed in market competition and develop and grow in the most stable rhythm.

In any industry, if the standards are not rigorous, it is difficult to control the consistency, stability, and continuity of each product, making it difficult to replicate and promote the standards. Some companies, when they are small, can be refined and specialized. Each product may be a work of art. But when they become large, they become chaotic and difficult to operate sustainably. These are all huge obstacles to operation and management that can be seen and experienced in the development of Chinese enterprises. We summarize these experiences and apply them to enterprise management. Whether it is complex or simple, the conclusion is almost exactly the same. That is, without specialized division of labor, it is difficult to be refined, specialized, and strong, and it is also impossible to support an inflated large size.

China has been the world's largest consumer, producer and exporter of aquatic products for many consecutive years. Aquatic products have become an important source of food related to the health of Chinese residents. At the same time, the relevant tax laws have failed to keep up with the actual industrial development and still implement differentiated tax policies for the aquatic product industry compared with the livestock and poultry industry, which greatly limits the industrial transformation, upgrading and sustainable development, and has become the biggest policy constraint factor for the industry to always be in a small, scattered and weak predicament. It is recommended that relevant departments introduce tax preferential policies consistent with the livestock and poultry industry, exempt value-added tax in the circulation link of aquatic products, encourage large-scale enterprises to participate in the circulation link, promote the establishment of bulk aquatic product supply chains and trading platforms, shorten the distance from ponds to tables, and let people eat fresher, healthier and safer aquatic products!

When you enter an industry, you need to consider two aspects. First, you have better business opportunities. Second, you will make greater social contributions. If your choice is coordinated with social needs and the potential future development space of the industry, you will have more opportunities and a greater chance of success. Therefore, by fully considering the relationship between them, finding the inevitable connection point in the middle, and then investing and entering this industry, the probability of success will be higher.

The iteration of any industry is very fast and the competition is extremely fierce, which has become the norm of industry competition. This kind of competition is like a relay race of 100 meters, 400 meters, and 1000 meters. It is difficult for anyone to be in a state of continuous development like running a marathon. This makes us have to think about how to prevent risks and how to ensure the company's continuous and stable operation. When we truly grasp the risks and development opportunities of operation and management, it will also prompt every participant, every manager, and every decision-maker to use an objective and balanced mentality to grasp the relationship between ourselves and the regional economy and our peers. Mentality determines the state. Adjusting our mentality well and conducting efficient communication, empathy, and reaching consensus will make things look much better and even smooth sailing!
