TNC 2.0: Perfect Compatibility with Residential Roofs

Tailored for residential scenarios, the TNC 2.0 G12R-48 module has a lightweight design with an area of less than 2m2, enabling more efficient utilization of space-constrained roofs and carports while also making transportation and installation easier.

The all-black design not only aligns with the pursuit of aesthetics in modern architecture but also enables the photovoltaic system to achieve seamless integration with roofs and carports. In addition, combined with the pad-free process of 908 technology, the battery cell becomes smoother and more streamlined, delivering a more uniform visual effect. Regardless of packaging updates, efficiency and reliability remain the core qualities of Tongwei modules. The Tongwei TNC 2.0 series modules are based on the advanced TNC cell technology. By integrating four core technologies—908 (Tongwei's independently developed 0BB technology), TPE technology, Poly Tech, and steel mesh printing—the TNC 2.0 G12R-48 black-frame module achieves a maximum power output of 475W and a module efficiency of up to 23.8%, merging compact size with high performance.

While balancing aesthetic appeal and high efficiency, Tongwei's TNC 2.0 product is made of more robust materials compared to common lightweight residential modules on the market. The double-glass design, combined with the 2.0mm heat-strengthened glass, significantly enhances the module's corrosion resistance, as well as its overall bending stiffness and deformation resistance. Tests show that it can withstand a static snow load of up to 6,000Pa (approximately 4 meters of snow accumulation) and has a wind uplift resistance of 4,000Pa (equivalent to a Category 15 hurricane), while also meeting a Class A fire rating standard. These reliability features provide household owners with more assurance and longer-lasting safety.
