Recently, the 6th Conference on Rule-of-Law Construction for the Private Economy was held in Beijing. During the event, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) released the Notification on Collaborative Practices for Legally Protecting Equal Rights of Private Enterprises and Entrepreneurs and Notification on Exemplary Practices of Chambers of Commerce and Private Enterprises in Advancing Rule-of-Law Development. Led by its Administration Department, Tongwei Co., Ltd. actively responded to the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce's call for case studies on rule-of-law enterprise development. The company systematically documented its compliance management practices and submitted a model case highlighting its corporate legal construction achievements. Ultimately, Tongwei was successfully selected for ACFIC's "Exemplary Practice" list for its innovative approach centered on "Building Rule-of-Law Private Enterprises Through Compliance Management".

In June 2023, Tongwei Co., Ltd.'s Administration Department took the lead in the implementation of the ISO37301 compliance management system within Tongwei Co., Ltd. and its photovoltaic industry chain, adopting a "1+3" model. This initiative involved the construction and certification of a compliance management system, establishing a compliance policy of "Abiding by Regulations, Being Honest and Trustworthy; Understanding and Observing Regulations, Operating Legally; Compliance Protection, Striving for Excellence", and developing a compliance management system tailored to Tongwei's operational practices. After three years of development and refinement, six entities within Tongwei have obtained ISO37301 compliance management system certification, covering 11 compliance areas. Tongwei has cultivated nearly 200 practical compliance professionals and established a specialized team of compliance talent. In August 2024, Tongwei Co., Ltd. was the sole invited enterprise to attend the press conference for the Guidelines for Compliance Construction of Private Enterprises in Sichuan Province and answered questions from the press. The company has also received several compliance awards from third-party professional institutions. In 2025, Tongwei will deepen its compliance management system development and expand its coverage, carrying out ISO 37301 compliance management system construction and certification at TW Solar (Nantong) Co., Ltd. and TW Solar (Yancheng) Co., Ltd.
