The review was conducted by the British Standards Institution (BSI), a globally renowned and authoritative certification body. Through document reviews, on-site interviews, and sampling inspections, the audit team comprehensively evaluated the operational effectiveness of the compliance management systems at both companies in accordance with the ISO 37301 international standard.

During the audit, the team engaged in in-depth discussions with company leadership to better understand TW Solar’s compliance management strategy. Multiple departments were spot-checked to assess the integration of compliance principles into daily operations. Spot checks were conducted across nine key departments and other relevant units, focusing on risk control, system implementation, and continuous improvement mechanisms. Both companies actively cooperated by providing detailed documentation and numerous real-world operational cases, showcasing their strong compliance mindset and ability to execute standardized processes effectively.

At the closing meeting, the audit experts highly praised TW Solar’s achievements in building a strong compliance culture, implementing robust systems, and preventing and controlling risks. They confirmed that the companies’ management systems fully met ISO 37301 requirements and were operating effectively. The audit team also provided targeted recommendations for further optimization.
