According to the requirements “Speed, Efficiency and Development”, Tongwei Ag launches the experiment of competition for occupation. This experiment focuses on the medium-to-high-end jobs, but its aim is to improve all staff’s quality and efficiency. On Nov. 20th, a teleconference on this theme was held in Tongwei’s headquarter. Mr. Liu Hanyuan, CPPCC Standing Committee member and Board Chairman of Tongwei Group, made an important speech.
