According to the requirements “Speed, Efficiency and Development”, Tongwei Ag launches the experiment of competition for occupation. This experiment focuses on the medium-to-high-end jobs, but its aim is to improve all staff’s quality and efficiency. On Nov. 20th, a teleconference on this theme was held in Tongwei’s headquarter. Mr. Liu Hanyuan, CPPCC Standing Committee member and Board Chairman of Tongwei Group, made an important speech. Guan Yawei, president of Tongwei Ag, Guo Xiaoqi, Director of Human Resources, as well as all the staff of managing headquarter participated in the conference.
