August 8 and 9, Tongwei human resource department and learning center co-hosted H1 subsidiary human resource system training conference. Deputy Manager of human resource department Yi Jicheng and all the staff members of the human resource system attended the conference.

During the conference, Human Resource Department reported the implementation of Tongwei’s major tasks in H1, and described in details the new authorizing system and training system. After listening to work analysis of H1 and work schedule of H2, Mr. Yi gave his instruction and advice.
