At the production midseason of August, President of Hubei Area, GM of Wuhan Tongwei Hong Rui signed an order recently calling upon staff members to enter production workshops and provide assistance for busy season production.

Mr. Hong made requirements that all male staffers including the management work at workshops for at least 1 hour each day. The purpose is to let the staff get involved in the production and bring out the best synergy of all departments.

Positively responded by the staff at Wu Han Tongwei, the order greatly improved the staff morale in spite of heavy workload. They all pledge all out effort to accomplish production tasks.
