Xinhua News Agency has reported on March 8 that Mr. Liu, Deputy to the National People’s Congress and Board Chairman of Tongwei Group has proposed to the 13^th NPC that China should make more use of renewable energy to contribute to China’s sustainable development in the context of severe air pollution across the country.
