On April 10, the National Energy Administration solicited opinions from the general public again on the new "Energy Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft for Comment)". The consultation draft mainly involves: promoting the development of clean energy and low-carbon, improving energy supply capacity, improving the universal energy service mechanism, and comprehensively promoting energy marketization. Experts said that energy is an important area of the national economy, and enacting the "Energy Law" is an urgent need for China to promote a new energy security strategy and high-quality energy development.
