Chairman Liu Invited to the National Day Military Parade

Chengdu Buisness Daily: Standing committee member of the CPPCC, Standing committee member of China Democratic National Construction Association, Board Chairman of Tongwei Group, Mr. Liu Hanyuan was invited to the National Day Military Parade Ceremony for China’s 60th Anniversary at Tiananmen Square.

As one of the outstanding Chinese entrepreneur representatives, Mr. Liu Hanyuan was invited for the excellent performance and contributions he and his company have made for the nation: The donation from Tongwei Group exceeding ￥160 million RMB is just one evidence out of many. During the interview, Mr. Liu expressed his opinion on the importance of private economy to China’s social development: The private enterprises has mastered or managed about￥2 billion RMB capital, and has been using over 50% patented technology. Furthermore, they are making over 1/3 of the country’s revenue, and have created over 80% of the new jobs. Mr. Liu continued, being invited to the ceremony is not my personal honor. Instead, it shows China attaches great importance to the private economy. We need to make persistent efforts and prepare for China’s brilliant future in the next 40 years.
