Seminar Held for Senior Management

August, 4th, organized by the Learning Center of Tongwei Group HR Department, the 6th Seminar themed with “The Practice of Management” was held for the senior management. Over 50 senior executives attended the seminar.

Lectured by Dr. Na Guoyi, student of Peter F. Drucker, Father of Modern Management, the seminar incorporated Tongwei’s corporate mission and culture with Durcker’s theory basics. Drucker’s theory courses were introduced to Tongwei’s training system in 2009. Dr. Na made excellent illustrations with a large number of cases on topics including theories of business and management decisions.

It is the 6th seminar session since Tongwei Senior Management Seminar was started in 2005. Five well-known scholars in the area of management have provided counseling, guidance and assistance to Tongwei’s senior management in terms of management self-improvement, value, decision-making capability, leadership skills, and responsibility. Tongwei will keep long-term cooperation with noted universities and business school, to further improve its management.
