Tongwei Speed: The First Product of the First GW-level PV Modules Factory in Southwest China Rolls off the Line

On June 25, TW Solar (Modules) Jintang Base 16GW PV Modules Project, the First GW-level PV Modules Factory in Southwest China, had its first product off the line. The product rolled off the line in the Modules Jintang Base in the joint witness of Zhong Jingyuan, Secretary of CPC Committee of Jintang County and Secretary of Party Working Committee of Huaizhou New City; Wang Anning, Vice Secretary of CPC Committee of Jintang County and Governor of Jintang County; Luo Yong, Vice Secretary of CPC Committee of Jintang County, Vice Secretary of Party Working Committee of Huaizhou New City and Director of the Management Committee; Zhu Hejin, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jintang County Committee and Chief of United Front Work Department; and other relevant leaders of the government, as well as Liu Shuqi, Chairman and CEO of Tongwei Co., Ltd.; Xiao Shengyi, Assistant President of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd.; Zhou Hua, General Manager of TW Solar; Song Xiao, Deputy General Manager of TW Solar; Zhu Jiancheng, Manager of Modules Jintang Base; and managers and representatives of Jintang Base.

TW Solar (Modules) Jintang Base's first product rolls off the line

According to Chairman Liu Shuqi, the Modules Jintang Base is accelerating the construction schedule, and the project is being advanced orderly and vigorously. The realization of the quick roll-off of the first product after the commencement depends on the collaboration of all departments and the strong support from the government. In the future, the Modules Jintang Base will speed up production, achieve stability while seeking progress, improve quality and efficiency, and rise to challenges at its best. At present, green and low-carbon production has become a distinctive feature of TW Solar for high-quality development, and the Modules Jintang Base, the first GW-level PV modules factory in Southwest China, boasts distinct scale advantages, advanced production technology, strong driving power, and core competitiveness. In the future, the Modules Jintang Base will speed up production, achieve stability while seeking progress, improve quality and efficiency, rise to challenges at its best, and contribute to the building of the first hundred billion-level PV industrial cluster in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
