Tongwei Listed in "China's Top 500 New Economy Enterprises in 2022"

Recently, China Enterprises Evaluation Association (CEEA) officially released the list of "China's Top 500 New Economy Enterprises in 2022", in which Tongwei ranked No. 37, up by 89 places from the 126th last year, which demonstrates Tongwei's steady development trend and strong strength.

It's required that for each new economy enterprise listed in "China's Top 500 New Economy Enterprises in 2022", its businesses should have new economy characteristics or the operating income from new economy should account for more than 60% of its total revenue. Market value / valuation was selected as the main indicator for the evaluation and sequencing of the top 500 new economy enterprises; seven indicators (i.e. business scale, profitability, growth rate, innovation drive, social contribution, social influence and internationalization level) and fourteen sub-indicators were selected for modification of the said evaluation and sequence. Based on all the above, the list was produced finally.

On the whole, more than one-fifth ofChina's top 500 new economy enterprises were changed in 2022, as the overall competition pattern was developing and changing rapidly. There are 9 new listed companies, accounting for 93.9%. The top 500 enterprises have generally seen business improvements, with an average revenue growth rate of 49% and an average profit rate of 13.9%, maintaining a rapid growth trend as a whole.

By industry, the number of advanced manufacturing enterprises in the list reached a new high, and the number of new energy enterprises increased fastest. With the guidance of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals, new energy enterprises represented by Tongwei have advanced with the situation and propelled the rapid development of a number of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, so that most of enterprises in the list are engaged in new energy activities. The number of advanced manufacturing enterprises in the list kept rising in 2020-2022 and reached 332 in 2022, with an increase of 30% within three years. There are 22 new energy enterprises in the list of 2022, with the fastest growth in number and an increase of 57% in three years.
