Tongwei Won the Honor of the 4th NewFortune Best Listed Company

Recently, the selection results of the 4th NewFortune Top 50 Best Listed Companies were announced. Tongwei emerged from 4,153 A-share companies and won the honor of Best Listed Company with its excellent performance in standardized corporate operation and governance, information disclosure, and investor relationship management.

The selection of NewFortune Best Listed Companies was co-organized by NewFortune and Guanghua-Rotman Centre for Information and Capital Market Research ("Guanghua-Rotman Research Centre" for short, jointly founded by Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and Rotman School of Management of University of Toronto) to comprehensively evaluate the quality and reputation of information disclosure of China's listed companies, with a high value and great influence in the capital market.

The selection was launched in June 2022 and the sample companies included 4,153 A-share companies listed before December 31, 2020 (Main Board, Science and Technology Innovation Board, GEM, and Beijing Stock Exchange). By setting up the Information Transparency Index of China's Listed Companies, the top 500 companies in terms of transparency index scores were selected as candidates. In addition, online or offline due diligence was conducted on the candidates and the founders, chairmen, general managers, board secretaries, and other senior executives of some candidates were interviewed. Finally, 50 NewFortune Best Listed Companies were finalized after considering the transparency index and due diligence scores.
