Expert Panel of Science & Technology Department of Sichuan Province Visited Yongxiang Poly-Silicon for a Survey

On May 27, Class 4 Investigator Cheng Jian and his colleagues of Science & Technology Department of Sichuan Province visited Yongxiang Poly-Silicon for a survey. Deputy Director General Chen Ming of Science and Technology Bureau of Leshan accompanied the visitors. Wang Shiqi, Assistant to General Manager of Yongxiang Poly-Silicon and Manager of Production Department, Yu Tao, Manager of Finance Department, and Li Shouqin, Chief Supervisor of Strategic Development Department of Yongxiang Co., Ltd., received the visitors warmly.

Site survey

Investigator Cheng Jian and his colleagues came to the site of reduction furnace, listened to a detailed report on the provincial-level key technological innovation project "Research and Development of the Technology for Cascade Utilization of the Polysilicon System Steam", and expressed approval and praise of the business philosophy of "technological innovation" of Yongxiang.

Discussion

After a warm welcome for Investigator Cheng Jian and his colleagues at the discussion, Mr. Wang stated that the company will continue its concentrated efforts on technological innovation, key technology development and talent training, to comprehensively enhance the technological innovation capacity of the company.

The technological innovation project "Research and Development of the Technology for Cascade Utilization of the Polysilicon System Steam" of Yongxiang Poly-Silicon is supported by the chemical circular economy of Yongxiang Co., Ltd. in the industry chain, and is intended to further tap the system steam resource and make improvements in terms of both cost and quality. The technology developed in the project is the first of its kind domestically, and, if made successfully, will be used in the 20,000t/a polysilicon production system of the company. The technological achievements will also be applied in the other projects of Yongxiang Co., Ltd.
