TW Solar's PV Industry Base Project Included in the List of Major Projects for Co-development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle in 2022

Recently, the Joint Office for Promoting Development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle officially released the List of Major Projects for Co-development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle in 2022, which includes the PV Industry Base Project of TW Solar. This list includes 160 signature major projects with total investment of over RMB 2 trillion, where the planned investment in 2022 is RMB 183.5 billion.

TW Solar's PV Industry Base Project Included in the List of Major Projects for Co-development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle in 2022

As has been learned, the 160 major projects are implemented to fulfill the Master Plan for the Construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and are strictly intended to fulfill six key tasks: coordinated construction of modern infrastructure network, synergized development of modern industrial system, co-development of innovation centers, co-development of the Ba-Shu Culture Tourism Corridor, coordinated ecological development and preservation, and co-development and sharing of public services.

The PV Industry Base Project of TW Solar is located in Huaikou Town, Jintang County, Chengdu. As a major investment project in Sichuan, this project has total investment of approx. RMB 20 billion, expected newly increased output value approx. RMB 70 billion and annual tax contribution approx. RMB 2 billion.
