Tongwei holds the 4th board meeting

August, 20, Tongwei Co., Ltd. held the 2nd session of the 4th board meeting. Board chairman Liu Hanyuan, director and vice president Chen Pingfu, Director and board secretary Li Gaofei, CFO Yuan Shihua, independent director Gan Shengdao, Li Yuejian, Wu Yunfeng, and the board of supervisors attended the meeting.

The Semi-annual Report 2010 and Abstract were discussed and deliberated at the meeting. The H1 gross revenue is RMB￥ 3.7777966 billion, net profit that belongs to parent company is RMB￥23.0785 million, with earnings per share RMB￥0.03 yuan.

After careful analysis and summary of the company’s internal and external environment, as well as operation loss/gain of the first half year, the attendees unanimously passed The Semi-annual Report 2010 and Abstract, and made further suggestions and solutions to relevant existing problems.
