The Testing Center of Tongwei Co., Ltd Passed Laboratory Proficiency Testing of CNAS Quinolones Residues

On Dec. 7th, the testing center of Tongwei Co., Ltd passed the proficiency testing “CNAS T0458 the testing of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in aquatic products” launched by the testing center of Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of Weihai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Reports showed that the testing center of Tongwei Co., Ltd, passed the testing and got good results.

It is reported that , there were totally 71 laboratories participating in this testing, most of which are quality supervision, inspection bodies in the provincial and municipal level and professional testing bodies. Among the 71 laboratories, only 8 are from central and western regions and the rest are from the developed regions in southeast coastal areas.

CNAS is an organization approved and established by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China, which is responsible for accrediting the proficiency of certification authorities, laboratories and inspection authorities. Proficiency testing is an important means for CNAS to test the proficiency of a laboratory and also an important means to guarantee the quality. Taking part in CNAS has great meaning to Tongwei.(such as strengthening competitiveness in the market,  winning the trust of both the government and the society, accredited by the accreditation authorities of countries and regions which sign mutual recognition agreements, enhancing reputation and so on)
