President Liu: interviewed by Sichuan TV Station on Establishing Honesty in an Enterprise

On Dec. 12th, leaded by Enterprise Credit Information Management Service of Provincial Industrial and Commercial Bureau, the journalists of Sichuan TV station paid a visit to Tongwei and interviewed President Liu Hanyuan, board chairman of Tongwei Group. President Liu explained the deep meaning of Tongwei’s management concepts “Honesty, Trust, Fairness, Excellence”. Huan Qigang, assistant president of Tongwei Group accompanied President Liu for this interview.

President Liu pointed out Tongwei has been reflecting on questions such as “how an enterprise understand honesty”, “how to put the theory of honesty into practice when cooperating with our suppliers, serving our customers, and managing our staff during the process of production and sale” for a very long time. “It is in the year 1994 that we focused on the issue of honesty,” he continued to say, “at that time, we reflected on the issue that in the past ten years, what made our company accepted by the customers and the society”. After careful thinking, we use “Honesty, Trust, Fairness, Excellence” as our managing concept. Here, Honesty means that we should treat our customers, suppliers honestly; Trust means we should trust each other so as to reduce running costs. Honesty, as the guiding concept for Tongwei in its 30 years’ developing process. In fact, each company, if it wants to build its own brand, be accepted by its staff, its customers and the society, it must adhere to the principle of “Honesty”.

After interviewing President Liu, journalists from Sichuan TV station visited Tongwei’s Testing Center, focusing on Tongwei’s advanced technology research standard, testing techniques and facilities.
