Tongwei held training for directors of financial departments

From Dec. 14th –Dec.17th, 2009 Annual Training for Directors of Financial Departments were held in headquarter of Tongwei by Tongwei Ag. Guan Yawei, president of Tongwei Ag, Zhuo Yujiao, CFO of Tongwei Group presented and delivered an important speech. Yuan Shihua, CFO of Tongwei Ag, directors of the relevant departments of headquarter of Tongwei, and managers in charge of the financial departments of Tongwei’s branches and subsidiaries participated this training.

After President Guan released the sales status of 2009, he focused on 5 aspects that directors of financial departments should pay attention to, including to guarantee cash profit and reduce book profit so as to enhance the capacity of managing fund, to intensify efforts to implement the basic financial work, to intensify efforts to manage receivables so as to speed up the virtuous cycle of enterprise funds, to coordinate tax properly to ensure the healthy environment of the circle of enterprise fund, and to intensify efforts to manage the affairs related to discount. 

Ms. Zhuo put forward some requirements for the trainees, including the moral, intellectual, professional quality, competitiveness, economic benefit, time value, value at risk, financial public relation and good personal appearances.

Adhering to the speech spirit of President Liu, “Speed, Efficiency and Development”, this training focused on the topic of financial management and value enhancing. And trainees exchanged their views on the problems that they met in their work.
