Chairman Liu Invited to Present the Military Parade Ceremony

Standing committee member of the CPPCC, Standing committee member of China Democratic National Construction Association, Board Chairman of Tongwei Group, Mr. Liu Hanyuan was invited to the National Day Military Parade Ceremony for China’s 60th Anniversary at Tiananmen Square.

Some 5,000 troops, 500 military vehicles and a fly-past by 150 fighter jets and bombers sent a reminder to the world of China being the new economic superpower. The elaborate ceremony for the founding of China unfolded largest-ever military parade a symbol of China’s rapidly expanding might. The 60th anniversary also stirs pride from the whole nation. Mr. Liu Hanyuan said, he strongly felt the sense of pride and confidence of being a Chinese when he reviewed the parade. The Chinese people have triumphed over all sorts of difficulties and setbacks and risks to gain the great achievements. China has geared toward modernization. Now we can show the world how powerful we are. Mr. Liu is confident that in future, China will not only be the center of all countries, as the world “China” in Chinese implies, but also the center of human beings, and the center of power sources. This will need the concerted effort from all Chinese people.
