Chairman Liu Hanyuan Attended the 1st Session of the 6th Conference of the 11th Executive Committee of the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce (Sichuan Chamber of Commerce) and Delivered Keynote Speech

On January 12, the 1st Session of the 6th Conference of the 11th Executive Committee of the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce was held in Chengdu. The session deliberated on the personnel related matters of the 11th Executive Committee of the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce (Sichuan Chamber of Commerce), and Tang Yan was elected the member and Chairman of the 11th Executive Committee of the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Chairman of the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Liu Hanyuan, member of the Standing Committee of the 11th CPPCC, Deputy to the NPC, Vice Chairman of Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tongwei Group, attended the session and delivered a keynote speech.

According to Chairman Tang Yan's work report, further efforts will be made to promote healthy development of the private sector of Sichuan's economy, great support will be provided to the private enterprises in Sichuan, and the Listing and M＆A Service Center of Sichuan Chamber of Commerce will assist in listing and financing of private enterprises; the SME Chamber of Commerce of Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce will implement the "professional, fine, specialized and new enterprises" incubation program; the "1+8" publishing system will be established to publish blue books and the 8 types of information including business revenue, R&D investment, profit and taxation revenue, green development and brand building; university-industry cooperation will be strengthened to help scientific and technological innovation of the private enterprises; efforts will be made to accelerate establishment of the "Belt and Road" economic and trading promotion center of Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce, and to promote the information service platform of the federation; the "Rural Revitalization by Enterprises" program will be executed with high standard, a crop of "Rural Revitalization by Enterprises" pilot projects will be intimated and will preferably be incorporated into the first generation of national "Rural Revitalization by Enterprises" pilot projects and pilot bases; further efforts will be made to help healthy growth of the private enterprises in Sichuan, the five-year action plan for business elites training programs and development of the echelon of private entrepreneurs in Sichuan will be implemented, and the 2022 private entrepreneurs training program of Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce will be formulated and executed. The "1+1+N" education and training system will continue to be optimized and improve its role as the academy for private entrepreneurs and the base for ideal and belief education, targeted training of private entrepreneurs will be conducted, and the events such as "Sichuan Businesses Auditorium" and "New Year Economic Forum" will be organized.
