Tongwei Is Honored to Be Listed in the "Top 100 Private Enterprises of China with Social Responsibility in 2021" and included in the "Excellent Cases of Private Corporate Social Responsibility of China"

On December 21, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) held the fifth meeting of the 12th executive committee. At the meeting, Qiu Xiaoping, member of the leading Party group and Vice Chairman of ACFIC, on behalf of ACFIC, issued the Annual Report on Private Corporate Social Responsibility of China (2021) (hereinafter referred to as the Report) and Excellent Cases of Private Corporate Social Responsibility of China (2021). After rounds of selection, recommendation and evaluation, Tongwei stood out from hundreds of candidates for "Excellent Cases of Private Corporate Social Responsibility of China" by virtue of its outstanding performance in corporate social responsibility, and was successfully included in the Excellent Cases of Private Corporate Social Responsibility of China (2021) and listed in the "Top 100 Private Enterprises of China with Social Responsibility in 2021". 

The Scene of the Meeting

Based on the survey data from ACFIC on the private corporate social responsibility in 2020, the research group of the Report conducted field research on more than 100 private enterprises in 12 provinces and cities. Combined with the public information of the National Bureau of Statistics, the State Administration for Market Regulation and other relevant departments, it summarized the main achievements, development index and future trend of private enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities.

Vice Chairman Qiu Xiaoping pointed out that since 2020, in the face of the combined impacts of major changes and a pandemic both unseen in a century, private enterprises have taken the initiative to integrate into the development of the age, always bearing in mind the country's most fundamental interests. They have undertaken more, heavier and more pressing social responsibilities than ever in six areas: taking an active part in poverty alleviation, actively participating in epidemic prevention and control, stabilizing the economy and promoting employment, continuously increasing input in public welfare and charity, becoming a major force in scientific and technological innovation, and accelerating green and low-carbon development; have made greater, better and more prominent social contributions, and have been widely recognized by all sectors of society, highlighting the social value of private enterprises in the new era.

Tongwei was included in the Excellent Cases of Private Corporate Social Responsibility of China (2021) 

A total of 8 excellent individuals and 22 excellent enterprises were included in the Excellent Cases of Private Corporate Social Responsibility of China (2021), and the list of “Top 100 Private Enterprises of China with Social Responsibility” was released for the first time. One individual and two enterprises in Sichuan Province were rated as excellent cases, accounting for 10% of the country; six enterprises in Sichuan Province were listed in the “Top 100 Private Enterprises of China with Social Responsibility”, accounting for 6% of the country.

With the practice of high-quality green development cases, Tongwei was included in the Excellent Cases of Private Corporate Social Responsibility of China (2021) and listed in the "Top 100 Private Enterprises of China with Social Responsibility in 2021", which fully reflects that Tongwei has always practiced the "double green" development path of green agriculture and green energy, provided green products and services, built green factories, implemented green operation and established the green manufacturing system. Tongwei's responsibility for the age is thus manifested.
